Discussions will always take place in a safe space. Request Telehealth Using the Healow App Select “Appointments” on the home screen. Select “Book Appointment” and choose your provider. Select “Show Availabilities” Select “Send Appt Request” Enter your personal information and select your reason for visiting. In the “Info for the Provider” box, write that you would like to schedule a TeleVisit along with the reason you need to be seen. Once all of the fields are completed, select “Verify”. This will send a passcode to your phone by voice or text. Enter the passcode, then select “Validate”. Once your number has been verified, you will be able to select “Book Now”. The request will be send to our office and you will receive a phone call with a date and time for your Telehealth appointment. We are with Every Letter We make every effort to help you.
