Request Telehealth Using the Healow App
- Select “Appointments” on the home screen.
- Select “Book Appointment” and choose your provider.
- Select “Show Availabilities.”
- Select “Send Appt Request.”
- Enter your personal information and select your reason for visiting.
- In the “Info for the Provider” box, write that you would like to schedule a TeleVisit along with the reason you need to be seen.
- Once all of the fields are completed, select “Verify.” This will send a passcode to your phone by voice or text.
- Enter the passcode, then select “Validate.”
- Once your number has been verified, you will be able to select “Book Now.”
- The request will be send to our office and you will receive a phone call with a date and time for your telehealth appointment.
