Gender Identity & Sexual Orientation Support

Not feeling like yourself? Feel weighed down by the struggle to maintain your mental health? Our licensed and culturally component therapists and specialists are here to help. You are not alone.

We recognize the whole you, helping you navigate your path forward as you embrace your sexual orientation and authentic self. The reason our organization started in the first place was to create a welcoming environment for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual or non-binary. Our team works tirelessly to offer care to all, respecting the specific needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and their families.

Affirmative Therapy

Research says the LGBTQIA+ community will seek mental health counseling at higher rates, often due to stigmatization, discrimination, victimization and trauma from society. LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy honors the challenges of navigating negative societal feedback surrounding sexual identification, suicidal thoughts, body dysmorphia and eating disorders, trauma, depression and anxiety.

Maintaining a Supportive Community

Aging members of the LGBTQIA+ population suffer disproportionately from loneliness and isolation. Our therapists are here to help you develop and maintain a supportive social network that will serve you and your health as you enter the most golden of years.
