Accepting New Patients? Yes
What is your patient care philosophy?
I believe in providing compassionate, person centered, and evidence-based care that honors the dignity, individuality, and lived experiences of every patient. Mental health is inseparable from physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My role is not only to diagnose and treat, but to listen, understand, and partner with individuals on their journey toward healing and resilience.
How does your work affect lives?
I help improve mental, emotional, and physical health, which empowers people to reclaim control over their lives. I strive to reduce stigma and promote dignity, which allows the patient to not feel isolated in their journey.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
The best part about my job is watching progress. I love being able to take a step back and evaluate how treatments have impacted the patient and watch them achieve their personal goals and milestones that once felt out of reach for them.
What are some interesting facts about you?
I have lived in Orlando, FL for 10 years and have a long history in nursing care. I started my professional journey in oncology, then moved into emergency medicine, and now focus on mental health. I’m originally from Ohio and a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University and a massive college football fan. GO BUCKEYES! Outside of work, I love visiting the theme parks, watching movies (especially scary ones), and spending time with my two dogs: Rosie, a 3-year-old English Bulldog, and Belle, a 13-year-old Pug.
