What is your patient care philosophy?

My patient care philosophy is centered around creating a supportive, affirming, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe in treating the whole person by integrating behavioral health, preventative care, and care coordination to support both emotional and physical wellness.

How does your work affect lives?

I believe my work helps patients feel supported during some of the most vulnerable and challenging moments in their lives. Through counseling, advocacy, education, and care coordination, I strive to help individuals improve their mental health, navigate healthcare systems, build healthier coping strategies, and feel more connected to the care and resources they need.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

What I enjoy most is building meaningful connections with patients and watching them grow, heal, and gain confidence over time. I also enjoy working within integrated healthcare settings where behavioral health can be incorporated into overall wellness.

What are some interesting facts about you?

I have worked in behavioral health and healthcare settings since 2013 and have experience across mental health, primary care, HIV services, substance use treatment, and community health. I enjoy community outreach, healthcare education, wellness-focused projects, traveling, creative hobbies, and exploring ways to improve access to care for underserved communities.
