Accepting New Patients? Yes
What is your patient care philosophy?
My approach to patient care is patient-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing the recognition and development of each patient’s resilience. I work collaboratively with patients to help them identify strengths they may not yet recognize and use those strengths to support growth. I prioritize a supportive and safe therapeutic environment while teaching practical, healthy coping skills to help patients effectively manage life stressors and emotional challenges.
How does your work affect lives?
My role makes a difference by providing support to patients as they navigate individual and family or social challenges. I work collaboratively with patients to strengthen their resilience, enhance motivation, and build effective problem-solving skills. Ultimately, my goal is to empower patients to achieve their personal goals and sustain progress by making intentional, positive changes that align with the life they desire.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I enjoy most is working with individuals who choose to show up for themselves and take steps toward improving their quality of life. Witnessing patients become ready to address long-standing patterns they no longer want to carry and hearing how their relationships with others and with themselves begin to improve, is deeply meaningful and rewarding.
What are some interesting facts about you?
I enjoy activities such as puzzles, art, and learning new skills. Currently, I am learning to play an instrument. In my free time, I enjoy reading and running.
