Education: I earned my first degree in Health Education from the University of Florida in 2005.
Inspired to pursue a career in nursing, I completed my BSN at the University of Central Florida in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2012.

What is your patient care philosophy?
My approach to patient care is compassion, personalization, and clinical excellence. I aim to build trusting relationships with each patient, taking the time to understand their unique needs, values, and goals. By integrating the latest evidence-based practices with empathetic communication, I aim to empower my patients to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
How does your work affect lives?
As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, I’m passionate about helping women feel confident and in control of their health. I believe in being proactive not reactive, so I focus on prevention, education, and early support to make sure my patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered at every stage of life.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
The most fulfilling part of my work is when a patient expresses genuine appreciation for the time I took to listen and educate them about their health. The highest compliment is knowing I helped ease their anxiety and made them feel comfortable creating the trust and calm needed to deliver the best possible care.
What are some interesting facts about you?
Life for me is all about meaningful experiences. Traveling brings me joy because it allows me to learn, grow, and immerse myself in new cultures. I also love creating memorable experiences for others whether it’s planning a trip, hosting a dinner, or decorating a space with intention. When it comes to traditions, Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday, it’s a time that fills me with warmth.
