Vice President of Human Resources

Dave A. McCullough (he/him) serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at 26Health, bringing nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources and compliance. Over the course of his career, including time with several Fortune 500 companies, Dave has earned a strong reputation for aligning HR strategy with business goals, streamlining operations, and cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams.

As a seasoned HR executive, Dave has led transformative initiatives in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, organizational development, and risk mitigation. His guiding principle: “Empower people, align purpose, and protect the organization—because when employees thrive, the business does too.”

Dave is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). He firmly believes that DEIB should not be a trendy initiative—it should be embedded into the very fabric of an organization’s culture. By doing so, companies foster environments where individuals can show up fully, thrive authentically, and contribute meaningfully.

Beyond his corporate work, Dave is deeply committed to youth empowerment. He serves as Vice President of the Florida Elite Youth Football and Cheer Conference, the largest independent youth conference in the U.S., serving over 18,000 young athletes across Florida. Through this role, he helps develop future leaders and instills the values of respect, character, and community engagement. His message to every young participant is simple and powerful: “We lead, others follow!”
