Language Access Notice
26Health complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, English language proficiency, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
26Health provides free aids and services to deaf and hard of hearing individuals to communicate effectively with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
26Health also provides language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information is written in other languages

If you believe that 26Health has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way based on race, color, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, English language proficiency, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected by law, you can file a grievance with the 26Health Compliance Department, 801 N. Magnolia Ave. Orlando, FL 32803 or call 321-800-2922. If you need help filing a grievance, 26Health’s Special Projects Manager or any member of our Compliance Department will be available to help you.
If you have a complaint about 26Health’s provision of language assistance or believe that 26Health has discriminated against you, you can contact 26Health’s Compliance/Ethics Department Hotline at 202.797.4450.
