His career has been defined by a strong commitment to service and a passion for helping organizations and individuals succeed.

DaRon holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Barry University. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and actively serves as a mentor with Take Stock in Children.
