Our wellness plan normally includes one annual exam with comprehensive labs plus four Telehealth consultations and two additional in-person consultations, including an annual flu shot. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are offering seven virtual consultations — two more than the usual.

What If I’m underinsured? Is the 26Health private insurance plan for me?

We offer 26Health plans for uninsured people, and we can also support those who are underinsured, so long as you are based in Central Florida. You might have a limited catastrophic plan and desire concierge care that is unavailable through your insurance. In that case, sign up with 26Health.

It’s important to note that there can be no crossover in terms of submitting a claim for any service associated with 26Health. If your 26Health provider writes them a prescription or orders labs, then you should not submit a claim to your insurance. If your 26Health provider refers you to outside care, then that will be an out-of-pocket expense at the reduced 26Health rate.

What kind of preventative care is covered by the 26Health Wellness Plan?

In addition to one annual exam with comprehensive labs plus five virtual consultations per year (seven consultations Telehealth during the pandemic), you get well-woman exams, flu shots, and men’s wellness.

What kind of testing is covered by the 26Health Plan?

EKGs, pregnancy tests, strep throat screening, STI, HIV, and Hepatitis C screening, urinalysis, pap smears, and pelvic exams are all included, and other testing is offered at reduced rates.

What treatment is covered by the 26Health Plan?

Chronic disease management for HIV and AIDS, Hepatitis C, diabetes, arthritis, and other chronic conditions is covered. Also, prescription drugs are available at reduced rates.
