Maria had worked for a non-profit organization as a Health Educator and office manager before moving to Florida in 2000. She began working as a dental coordinator for a non-profit organization and later served as a Housing Case Manager for ten years. She is passionate about clients having access to resources according to their specific needs. Maria has over twenty years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector. Maria joins 26Health after 12 years working with the City of Orlando for the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for people living with AIDS) program as a Housing Case Manager. She brings a wealth of community resources and connections to empower 26Health patients and clients.

Maria volunteers for events with the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. She is the mother of two and grandmother of four beautiful boys and believes family time is priceless.
