Krystal Trocki is a Certified Child Welfare Case Manager in the State of Florida. She has also completed her training to become Adoption Competent.  Krystal has been working in Child Welfare for the past twenty-one years, with a small break to work as a Family Law Paralegal in a local Law firm. Krystal has an expansive history and knowledge when it comes to the Florida Adoption system.  

Krystal received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration from a small New England College (Notre Dame College) and went on to receive her Master’s in Criminal Justice from Boston University.

Krystal is a Native New Englander who moved to Florida in 2008. Her favorite sports teams are the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins and New England Patriots. Even though it is now hard for her to see her Bruins at live sporting events, she and her family can often be found at an Orlando Solar Bears game.

When Krystal is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys reading and watching reality tv and crime-based dramas. Her favorite author is Stephen King.
