Juan Rivera (he/him) has more than a decade of leadership in facilities management with a deep expertise in overseeing operations for complex and high-demand environments. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities at 26Health, Juan leads planning, budgeting, and operational oversight for critical infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety.

Previously, Juan held other key roles including Regional Facilities Director at Validus Senior Living, where he managed multi-site operations with 24/7/365 responsibilities, and Facilities Manager positions with Levy Restaurants at Disney Springs and Orlando Family Physicians. In each role, Juan has been committed to optimizing building services, enhancing preventative maintenance programs, streamlining vendor relationships, and improving safety protocols.

In addition to his professional experience, Juan also has a military background, having served nearly a decade as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
